BERLIN – June 11, 2026
Today, General Atomics Aeronautical Systems, Inc. (GA-ASI) and INTEC Group signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) at the ILA Berlin Air Show. Under the agreement, INTEC will support the architecture and integration of mission systems, operational introduction, and logistics support services for GA-ASI’s Gambit family of Collaborative Combat Aircraft. The cooperation is intended to help provide sovereign capabilities in response to the growing interest in Collaborative Combat Aircraft (CCA) in Germany.
The MoU was signed by GA-ASI CEO Linden Blue and INTEC Group CEO Christoph Otten.
GA-ASI’s flight-proven Gambit CCA platform provides a common platform for air-to-air, air-to-ground, and electronic warfare missions. Gambit is an uncrewed combat aircraft optimized for strike roles such as electronic warfare, SEAD (Suppression of Enemy Air Defenses), DEAD (Destruction of Enemy Air Defenses), and standoff precision strikes. This makes it a versatile option for evolving security requirements.
GA-ASI is currently flight-testing the YFQ-42A CCA for the U.S. Air Force and has been selected by the U.S. Marine Corps for its CCA evaluation program.
“We look forward to working with INTEC. INTEC’s experience in mission system architecture and integration will support GA-ASI in ensuring that new capabilities for Gambit can be delivered on schedule and meet the growing demand for CCA among European nations,” said Linden Blue, CEO of GA-ASI.
“We are proud to be working with GA-ASI on one of the most significant future programs in the field of air forces,” added Christoph Otten, CEO of INTEC Group. “By combining GA-ASI’s world-class technology with INTEC’s expertise in system integration, in-service support, and operational support, we aim to make a tangible contribution to Germany’s CCA program and strengthen long-term operational readiness.”
