• Systems engineering: End-to-end system development in accordance with the V-Model XT, ISO/IEC/IEEE standards and NATO architecture standards. We take on requirements management, interface definition, technical architecture and technical verification documentation.
• Simulation and test environments, e.g. AMD environments: Virtual simulation environments and hardware-in-the-loop systems enable realistic testing of mission software, sensors, navigation systems and weapon system components.
• Engineering and design: Mechanical, electrical and mechatronic design, including CAD model development, FEM analyses, prototype construction and documentation.
• Assembly and installation: Integration into air-, land- and sea-based operational platforms of the German Armed Forces as well as container structures – including cabling, EMC shielding, functional testing and final acceptance.
• Configuration management: Life-cycle management including baseline control, change management and complete traceability of all system versions.
• Modifications, upgrades and retrofit: Technical redesign, expansion or modernisation of existing systems, including improvements to performance, service life or compatibility.
• Validation, testing and inspection: Definition, execution and documentation of technical tests in the laboratory or in the field, including Factory Acceptance Tests, Site Acceptance Tests and environmental testing.
• Certification: Support with national and international approval processes, preparation of the required documentation and assistance with audit-ready testing.
