Numerical simulations using CFD and FEM are an essential part of our development work. They enable us to validate products at an early stage, understand physical effects precisely and optimise them in a targeted manner. Our range of services extends from the creation of complex, high-quality surface and volume models and steady-state and transient CFD simulations – including heat transfer, cooling concepts and flow optimisation – to comprehensive FEM analyses. Detailed post-processing and the systematic evaluation of the results form the basis for sound design decisions.
We do not rely solely on proven methods, but also focus on efficiency and state-of-the-art technologies: automated geometry processing, morphing and wrapping methods, as well as simulation-driven optimisation approaches, enable shorter development times and higher-performing products.
