How do I apply properly?
In principle, we accept applications both in writing and electronically. To enable us to process your application efficiently in-house, all applications received will be stored electronically with your consent. You can therefore help us by submitting your application electronically straight away.
What documents are required for the application?
In any case, we need an up-to-date CV. For some roles, a covering letter is also required; you are welcome to include this, along with any references and certificates.
To whom should I address my application?
A specific salutation is not required. You may also address your application generally or to the HR department.
Which location can I apply for?
Some roles can be based in several locations. Please let us know which locations suit you best.
What is the status of my application?
Once we have received your application, you will receive an automatic confirmation of receipt. We will review your application carefully and get back to you as soon as possible. This may take some time, however, but we always endeavour to provide you with feedback promptly. You are also welcome to enquire about the current status of your application at any time.
What should I do if I’m interested in several vacancies?
If you have found two suitable vacancies with us, please feel free to apply for both positions separately. If there are more than two vacancies, please send us a speculative application and specify the relevant positions in your cover letter.
What is the application process like at INTEC?
- Receipt of application: Once we have received your application, you will receive an automatic confirmation of receipt.
- Screening: Our recruitment team will check your documents to ensure they are complete and forward your application to the relevant department.
- Feedback from the department: As soon as the department has reviewed your application, we will provide you with feedback.
- Invitation to an interview: Your application documents have impressed us and we are inviting you to an interview. This will take place either online or in person.
- Decision: If the interview has gone well for both parties, we will begin the process of drawing up the contract.
How do I get my contract?
The contract will be sent to you for digital signature. As soon as you return it with your digital signature, nothing will stand in the way of you joining us.
