- Documentation: We create, update and manage technical documentation in accordance with national and international standards, such as S1000D and S2000M. This includes operating manuals, maintenance instructions, training materials and digital technical guides.
- SAP customisation / material master data maintenance: Our experts integrate the new system into existing ERP and SAP logistics environments. This includes material classification, structuring of assemblies, planning of spare parts supply chains and assigning technical parameters to digital logistics systems.
- IT security: We support the implementation of security-critical requirements in accordance with national IT security guidelines and NATO standards – from risk analysis to the implementation of technical hardening measures.
- System safety / safety engineering: FMEA, FTA and hazard analyses are central to the approval of safety-sensitive systems. Our safety engineers support all phases of system introduction, including the preparation and documentation of safety cases.
- IOC approvals: We support the entire approval process – from preparing the required documentation to technical system testing – and ensure that systems achieve Initial Operational Capability in compliance with applicable requirements.

- Material management: Proactive planning, procurement, analysis and optimisation of material requirements – including spare parts supply, SLAs and performance indicators.
- Warehousing / Performance-Based Logistics (PBL): We implement both conventional warehousing and performance-based models in which availability or operational readiness is contractually guaranteed.
- Supply chain management: Establishment of robust, redundant supply chains – both nationally and internationally. We coordinate manufacturers, suppliers, transport service providers and authorities.
- Digital twin: Integration of a digital twin for predictive maintenance, service-life analysis and system optimisation.
- Obsolescence management: Early identification of discontinued parts, supply bottlenecks and technological changes. We develop replacement strategies, redesigns and retrofit solutions.
- Sustainability / life-cycle optimisation: We take ecological and economic factors into account throughout the entire life cycle of systems – from energy management and repairability to recycling strategies.
- Maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) – including DEMAR: Execution and organisation of all maintenance services, including inspections, replaceable assemblies, functional testing and documentation in accordance with DEMAR standards.
