Following Armira’s acquisition of a majority stake (Armira) and a year of intensive work, the company has been realigned and is now well positioned for further organic and inorganic growth.

Together, we implemented important projects, further expanded our expertise and service portfolio, and strengthened our existing customer relationships. Through key collaborations and partnerships, we have established our position as a service provider in the fields of weapons-system logistics and system integration. This development enables us to deliver comprehensive ILS services of the highest quality and reliability as a dependable partner and independent systems integrator.

One of the key factors behind this success is our outstanding team. The commitment, expertise, and constructive collaboration of our employees—#teamINTEC—form the foundation of everything we have achieved so far. I would like to express my sincere thanks to our entire workforce for this.

However, our focus is not only on the past few months, but also—and above all—on the year ahead. With a clear vision and strategy, as well as a stable foundation, we will invest in new fields and establish new structures to serve customer needs both nationally and internationally.
