INTEC Holding GmbH, which also includes INTEC Industrie-Technik GmbH, has acquired a majority stake in the three companies OSW Technische Dokumentation Verlag GmbH, TECO Technical Concept GmbH, and SCOPE Engineering GmbH, all part of the ARBOR Gruppe GmbH, effective May 1, 2025.

With this acquisition, INTEC Industrie-Technik GmbH, OSW, TECO, and SCOPE will pool, strengthen, and jointly expand their expertise under the umbrella of INTEC Holding, thereby laying the foundation for long-term, future-oriented growth.
